• A little space where God’s Word is planted gently into little hearts.

This project was born during a season when my husband was away on a mission trip in Sabah. I was home alone caring for our baby; feeling tired, lonely, and at times overwhelmed. But in that quiet place, God met me.

That night, I listened to the testimony of The Heavenly Man, Brother Yun, a missionary in China who faced persecution and was in and out of prison for preaching the gospel. He told his young son: “My son, I’m so sorry that I’m a very bad father, but one thing you must always remember; you have a perfect Father in Heaven. This Father, He is 100 million times better than any human Father could ever be. This Heavenly Father will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5) and He will always carry you through. He is the beginner and the finisher of your life and He will complete the Holy work He has started in you. You must value the Word of God. Write the Word of God in your heart. There may be a day when demons or governments take everything away from you, but make sure you have something in your life that no one can take away. Let God’s Word live inside you because this will stay with you to eternity.”

Those words went straight into my heart. In that moment, God reminded me: “I will not always be with my child. But He will be. Forever.”

It also reminded me how important God’s Word is in our lives, and the parents’ responsibility to nurture our children in it.

    Why These Flashcards Were Created

To gently plant Scripture into little hearts while they are young, so when life becomes hard, God’s truth will remain rooted inside them. That whisper from God became the heartbeat of these flashcards. I created them so my little one can carry Scripture in her heart, and I pray they will bless many other children too.

Each card is designed to be perfect for little hands and growing hearts. They are meant to be used in everyday moments: during playtime, in classrooms, at bedtime, or in quiet moments of prayer with family. More than memorization, my prayer is that God’s Word would become familiar, comforting, and alive to our children.

    The Impossible Became Possible

Most importantly, I would like to thank God, and to Him all the Glory for enabling me to draw. Before this, the best drawing I could do was a stick figure and some heart shapes. There was a very steep learning curve, but this journey reminded me again and again, “It is not by might, nor by power, but by the Spirit of God.” Zechariah 4:6. This was the verse that constantly reminded me and carried me through all projects.

    Our Prayer

My hope is that these flashcards will bless many families, just as God used this journey to bless me. I pray that through these verses:

    • Children will grow to know God’s love, peace, and truth
    • Families will grow closer to one another
    • Homes will be filled with God’s presence
    • Hearts will be anchored in His Word

Thank you for being here and for joining me on this journey.
